Join us for a 3k walk around beautiful Bittersweet Park, lawn games for the whole family to enjoy, a live local band, a slideshow to commemorate those we’ve lost to suicide, a light dinner, and a twilight memorial balloon release!

In order to continue our prevention and grief services, SESS greatly appreciates and relies on the support of organizations like yours.   On September 10, 2016, we will be hosting our 4th annual Glimmer of Hope fundraiser. In 2015, Colorado ranked 6th in the US for deaths by suicide and Weld County reached one of its highest rates of suicide ever, with 49 deaths.  Your sponsorship will help us provide prevention programs like SAFE:Teen and QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer). SAFE:Teen, our youth program, helps us identify an average of four students per class that are struggling or know someone who is struggling with suicidal thoughts. QPR is a program for adults that teaches the warning signs and how to get help. Last year, sponsorship helped us train over 300 first responders as well as an additional 150 adults.

Online ticket sales will end August 20, 2016 at 11:59pm. Event day registration is welcomed, but participants are not guarenteed a t-shirt in their desired size.
