It is with great pleasure that we announce The Humane Society of Weld County’s 1st annual Fur Ball gala to be held at the Embassy Suites on Friday, May 17 2013. This year we are rolling out the red carpet for an enchanting affair. The evening will feature special guest comedian Rocky LaPorte. Several animals from the shelter will make an appearance during the event in a Pet Parade, representing the many the night will assist.

We invite you to be a part of this spectacular event; walk away with remarkable items from the live and silent auction, dance to live music performed by Kelsey Shiba and laugh your tails off with Rocky LaPorte- all while saving lives. The money raised by the Fur Ball gala will increase our efforts to provide essential care to thousands of companion animals that come to us each year.

The Humane Society of Weld County is focused on building the foundation for exemplary animal care in the community. We are an independent public charity dedicated to improving responsible behavior toward our beloved, animal companions. With over 4,000 animals entering our doors each year, this event will directly support their care. Our mission is to promote the humane treatment of animals through care, advocacy and community education.
