Additional Information

Join us on Friday, November 7 at the Global Village Musuem. It will be half-priced admission for the opening night of two new exhibits, “Losel Dolls, Tibetan Treasures” and “Peaces of the World: Uniting Humanity One Peace at a Time.”

Jeanne Nash spent 20 years collecting the one-of-a-kind Losel Dolls made by Tibetan monks, and Global Village Museum is now proud to showcase her collection. Photographer and explorer Gretchen Johnson spent a year traveling the globe interviewing people from all walks of life, asking each one, “What does peace mean to you?” The results of her quest—words and portraits—are on display in the Museum’s Hall Gallery. Join us for the opening of these two wonderful exhibits. Enjoy Adryn’s live Mexican violin starting at 7 p.m.
