Join in for the 4 day Happiness Workshop, happening March 5-9, 2015 at the Santosha Spa. The Happiness Program combines breathing techniques, meditation, knowledge about the mind and how to manage negativity, as well as other interactive processes with ease and success in a stressful world. This course features Sudarshan Kriya™, a breathing technique that uses specific rhythms of breath to detoxify every cell of the body and infuse it with energy. These unique breathing techniques in the stress management workshops eliminate fatigue and negative emotions such as anger, frustration and depression, leaving you calm yet energized, focused yet relaxed. Upon completion of the program, participants learn how to incorporate Sudarshan Kriya and other breathing techniques into their daily lives.

The Happiness Program is taught over six consecutive sessions for a total of 18-22 hours with each session lasting approximately three hours. The course format usually includes weekday evenings and two weekend mornings. The workshop will be held weekdays during March 5-9 from 6:30 p.m.- 9:30 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
