Will Ed Sheeran walk away with the trophy for Song of the Year or Record of the Year at next month's 58th annual Grammy Awards? We've rounded up some convincing evidence that he should.

Since Sheeran's debut album + and single "The A Team" dropped in 2011, the British artist has established himself as an act that exceeds the typical man-with-a-guitar prototype. Sometimes he croons, sometimes he growls and just when think you've got him figured out, he raps (or, as he calls it on "Take It Back," singing with flow). Unsurprisingly, Brit Awards, sold out shows at Madison Square Garden and many No. 1 distinctions have followed.

Above, we've collected what we consider some of the singer's live-performance high points over the past five years. From throat-clearing yelps on "I See Fire" to soaring falsetto on "Give Me Love," Sheeran's proved he's not afraid to test the limits of his voice, or experiment with tempo and cadence.

Having just finished up his 16-month tour at a New Zealand stop in December, Sheeran's voice is getting a deserved break. But that doesn't mean we can't enjoy his live sets during his downtime!

Look back at Sheeran's very best live vocals above, and tell us which is your favorite — or, if we've left out what's most memorable to you, share your fave in the comments.
