Do you think there should be a public vote on the CSU stadium proposal?

The $246 million price tag on the CSU stadium is apparently going to be paid by private investors, so that takes the burden away from the taxpayers. Not sure if that cost covers the municipal responsibility of road and intersection improvements that will be necessary, or personnel on gameday that will be needed, if the needs increase by moving the stadium further into town.

Either way, there will be no vote on the issue in the November election. What are your thoughts on this?
