It's 2019 and we don't have flying cars yet, but new 'digital' plates could have the ability to act as billboards on parked cars, and they may be the future in Colorado.

According to KDVR in Denver, Colorado is eyeing the possibility of replacing the metal mountain plates we have on our cars right now with digital plates. KDVR says the look of the plate will be similar to the page of a Kindle e-book.
