Sunday may have been the second-busiest day on record for Denver International Airport. I am so glad I wasn't there. I can't imagine what the lines were like for TSA?

Airport officials were predicting that 179,000 passengers would pass through DIA yesterday. That's about 33,000 more passengers than normal.

The busiest day on record was set the Sunday after Thanksgiving, with 182,000 passengers. As of Sunday night, the airport had not released final numbers for the number of travelers for yesterday.
