Delicious Pittsburgh Recipe for Super Bowl Sunday!
To think back to the times that I used to swim in the Allegheny River makes my skin crawl a little bit. Pittsburgh, the city built on Steel was not as worried about pollution as they were football, so I still fear the day my doctor tells me I'm suffering from 'Alleghenyriveritis' because as a teenager I just wasn't worried about much of anything. Now, I'm a Coloradoan, but as they say, you can take the boy out of the 'Burgh, but you can't take the 'Burgh out of the boy. So, in honor of the Steelers 8th Super Bowl appearance, here is a recipe that is easy to make, delicious and is a legitimate staple of true Yinzers (people from Pittsburgh are called Yinzers).
