I have only been a part of Dare to Lose for only a couple of weeks, but it has been a fun couple of weeks.

Dare to Lose has thrown me into a healthier world, and has made me take a step back and look at my life and all of the factors that could be unhealthy. From the wellness classes and the nutrition meetings to the group work outs, it has improved my life and fitness levels substantially. It is also helping me get better about fitness because my team is relying on me to be there for support, and I am relying on them for support. We are a group of people who are in it to win it, and have a better life all thanks to Miramont and Dare to Lose!

I am excited to see what the next few weeks, and last month, have in store, and to see all the progress everyone has made!
