Dancing Christmas Lights

It always amazes me the lengths that some people will go to to bring joy to others.

This resident, just north of Cincinnati is a computer geek. He's set up this display that is amazing.

The problem is it draws so many cars and people that it creates a HUGE traffic jam in his neighborhood. (you'll see why) Police asked him to shut it down.

Instead ; he asked people to pay $3 a carload and they willing did, which was used to pay for off duty police to keep the traffic under control.
