On Thursday, CSU University President Tony Frank announced to stakeholders and university employees that the proposed football stadium that was to be build on the southwest side of the university's main campus has fallen short of it's October goal. The fundraising for the proposed $254 million stadium has raised about $50 million in private donations, less than half of it's $110 million October goal. In a meeting with the board of governors next week, President Frank is not expected to ask them for them to approve a university backed financial plan. But Frank is planning on presenting at least four options to be public vetted over the next two months before a final recommendation is babe at the December meeting.
