In honor of CSU's College of Business celebrating their 50th anniversary this year, Odell Brewing Company has hopped on board to help create a limited edition, commemorative beer solely for this special occasion.

Stalwart Golden Ale begins with hops that are grown right on CSU's main campus, and is made using 100% Colorado-sourced ingredients. Students from Colorado State's Business and Fermentation Science departments helped to build the beer from the ground up, first holding a contest to decide on the name, and then collaborating with Odell Brewery to use the company's new pilot brew system. Even the label was designed by 2011 CSU alum, Abby Lawson, who did a fantastic job of implementing many stand-out features of both Fort Collins and Colorado State University into the graphics. When sipping on Stalwart Golden Ale, you can expect to taste hints of lemon-lime, grapefruit, sweet malt, and grape juice – providing an all-around refreshing flavor with every swig.

Beginning on October 8, this signature brew will be available in Odell Brewing's Tap Room and CSU’s Ramskeller Pub. Perfect for fall and football, this exclusive release is also happening just in time for Homecoming and Family Weekend at CSU, giving everyone even more of a reason to celebrate. Congratulations to CSU's College of Business, cheers to 50 years, and go Rams!
