With all the devastation and loss of life from recent tornadoes in Oklahoma, my mind naturally goes back to the Windsor tornado a couple years ago.  It's frustrating to think about all that destruction; and it's even more frustrating to think that some people think they're qualified to chase these storms, when they really aren't.

So I just wanted to share this 9-News interview with Russ Schumacher, an associate professor of atmospheric science at CSU.  He has a lot of good things to say.

In short, if there's a tornado in the area, PLEASE DON'T GO STORM CHASING!  Get to a safe place, and you'll probably still be alive at the end of the day!
