I have a personal grudge against miller moths.  They used to scare the crap out of me when I was a little kid, so I devoted most of my adolescent life to hunting them down wherever I could find them.  Even as an adult, I'll kill a miller moth just as soon as look at it.  Luckily, we might not have to endure these little pests for much longer this year.

Colorado State University entomologist Whitney Cranshaw says it's taken miller moths longer to show up this year, compared to previous years; and as the weather continues to heat up, it'll quickly drive the little pests into the mountains.

“I would say it’s a good year, it’s not an exceptional year,” Cranshaw said of miller moth numbers. “Frankly, I thought it would be a lot worse than it was.”

Do you hate miller months as much as I do?  Let me know in the comments section!
