Are the Denver Broncos interested in Johnny Manziel? According to reports from Fox Sports, the interest is there and the possibility of him joining the team are there too.

The sports network has stated in news out this afternoon that Broncos coach Gary Kubiak has reached out to Manziel to gauge his interest and to see if he would be a fit for the roster.

There is no indication on how serious the Broncos are concerning the troubled quarterback, who was released by the Cleveland Browns last month.

One Denver source says the signing of Manziel has not been discussed.

While the Broncos may have reached out to Manziel, ESPN states that Denver will no go any further until his pending legal issue are resolved.

Signing Manziel would fill a hole that the Broncos desperately need to cover, with the loss of Brock Osweiler to the Texans and Peyton Manning to retirement.

Denver has also been linked to San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick, but the trade talks with the 49'ers have been stalled due to disagreements with the money owed to Kaepernick.
