A Colorado woman took her Denver Bronco pride to the highest peak to scream it.

Kim Hess lives in Steamboat Springs but calls Greenwood Village her home, conquered the most challenging mountain climbs and one that has claimed many lives.

Hess battled bronchitis during the climb, but she kept going, finally reaching the summit of Mount Everest on May 21st at 5:04 am.

Proudly holding her Denver Bronco flag at 29,034 feet, Kim quoted the Dali Lama in her Instagram post saying, "the purpose of our lives is to be happy."

Kim goes on to say, "May 21st at 5:04 am as the sun peaked above the horizon and the full moon went to sleep in the west, I found my happy. I danced on the summit of Mt Everest (29,034ft). I pushed my body further than I knew possible and after patiently waiting for the stars to align my soul touched the sky. Thank you, Mt Everest, for opening your door, inviting me in to visit, and letting me stay awhile. Thanks for all the love, support and prayers. Mission accomplished!
Go Broncos!"
