More good news for Colorado’s economy. The latest unemployment numbers released today shows positive signs for Colorado, unemployment fell to 8.3%, and wages are up slightly. This decline in Colorado unemployment has been a trend since August.

The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment said Friday that the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for September was 8.3 percent, down from 8.5 percent in August and 8.8 percent in September 2010

The national unemployment rate was 9.1 percent for September.
