Colorado State Senate Passes DUI Limit for Marijuana [VIDEO]

A little over a month ago, the Colorado state House gave unanimous support for a bill to set a DUI limit for marijuana use.  Today, the bill is one step closer to becoming law.

The state Senate has officially passed the "too high to drive" bill.  Governor Hickenlooper is expected to sign it into law.  Check out the video below for the full story.
