On Monday (March 21, 2016), the Supreme Court dismissed the lawsuit that was filed by Nebraska and Oklahoma citing that Colorado's marijuana legalization is unconstitutional.

Both Nebraska and Oklahoma filed the lawsuit, arguing that the Colorado law that allows recreational marijuana usage is making it easier for people to acquire pot and transport it into their states.

This is making it difficult for them and draining their anti-drug resources. They were hoping that the argument that Colorado's law is counter to the federal anti-drug laws.
