Colorado is pretty much perfect. We have all the sunshine, mountains and plains.

Constantly Colorado and Northern Colorado cities are ranked high in some pretty honorable health minded or forward thinking or "best" this or that kind of polls. But, we lost one of titles. We are no longer the "Thinnest State". We lost that title to, Montana.

According to ABC FOX Montana:

For the first time, Montana's obesity rate is lower than Colorado's. Montana's obesity rate sits at 19.6 percent while Colorado's is 20.4 percent.

On the flip-side, there is a GALLUP poll that has Mississippi weighing in heaviest with an obesity rate at 35.4%.
