Colbie Caillat at the Lincoln Center October 15, 2016

Did you know that her dad was a producer for Fleetwood Mac and that she won a Grammy for snapping her fingers? Colbie Caillat is coming to Fort Collins in October for an acoustic show! It’ll be her ONLY Colorado show on this tour!

Her folks nicknamed her ‘Coco’ when she was just a baby, and she used that as the title of her debut album. She’s Colbie Caillat, and she’ll be at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins on October 15^th, 2016!  Her father co-produced Fleetwood Mac’s ‘Rumors’ and ‘Tusk’ albums, so it does come as a surprise that she didn’t have what it takes to move on, when she auditioned TWICE for ‘American Idol’!

Colbie’s ‘Coco’ album came out in 2007 and she took the country by storm.  It’s easy to hear the ‘laid-backness’ of her hometown of Malibu, California in her voice and songs. She comes across as the girl-next-door.  Her duet with Jason Mraz, “Lucky”, won a Grammy; she also, believe or not, won a Grammy for snapping her fingers on Taylor Swift’s ‘Fearless’ album. Who knew?

Colbie is out on an acoustic tour for her new album ‘The Malibu Sessions’, and her show at the Lincoln Center will be the ONLY Colorado stop on the tour!  Joining her will be her fiancé, Justin Young and the band High Dive Heart! You should definitely go!
