Coffee Might Lower Your Risk for Certain Skin Cancers

Go ahead, drink another cup of coffee, it might lower your risk of getting certain types of skin cancer according to a new study

A new study out of Brigham and Women’s Hospital looked at medical data collected from more than 100,000 adults over a 20-year period.

Researchers found women who drank more than three cups of coffee a day had a 20 percent lower risk for basal cell carcinoma. Men had a 9 percent reduced risk.
