Cheyenne Frontier Days 2017: Which Rock Bands Are On Your Lineup Wishlist?

Yesterday, the lineup for Cheyenne Frontier Days 2017 was announced. Or, part of it. We couldn't help but notice something was missing -- a rock act!

Thursday night's announcement rendered a few 'TBA' gaps that we would like to fill with our imaginations for a moment. You in?

Over the last few years, the 'daddy of 'em all' festival has shifted from a primarily country music-only event to hosting a few rock acts like Aerosmith, Joan Jett & the Black Hearts and KISS. In 2016, we were surprised to see pop-rock band Fall Out Boy and (our favorite So-Cal indie darlings) Rooney on the lineup, but hey we're OK with that.
