Imagine a nice lazy day at the pool followed by watching a fun family movie while floating in the pool. This Wednesday, you can do just that in Greeley.

Centennial pool in Greeley is the largest pool in the city, if not the entire county. Built in 1965, they are now celebrating 50 years of keeping kids and families cool and entertained.

To celebrate their milestone, they have been offering guests every Wednesday, something different to do at the pool. They have done an 80's Day, tube races and even had a volleyball night, but in my opinion, saved the best for last.

This Wednesday, July 29, they are having "movie night" at the pool. The movie will be "Surf's Up." The PG rated movie features the voices of Kelly Slater, Jeff Bridges, James Woods and many more. The animated movie is all about surfing Penguins.

So load up the kids and head to Centennial pool this Wednesday in Greeley located at 2515 Reservoir Road. The movie will start at 8:00 p.m. and should conclude somewhere around 10:00 p.m. Admission $3.50 adults, $3 youth/senior, $0.50 for kids that are 5 and under.

Keep in mind as well that Centennial pool is open daily between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. through August 18. Normal admission prices are $4.50 for adults, youth and seniors are $4 and children 5 and under are $1.50.
