It’s a also relatively easy condition to fix, and the organization Operation Smile has made it their mission to provide free surgery to needy children around the world who suffer from cleft lip and other facial deformities.

The US has been named the funniest country in a Badoo.com survey of 30,000 people from 15 nations around the globe, while Germany - long known for its poor sense of humor - kept up the stereotype by finishing at the bottom.

Waterspouts Form Off Australian Coast [VIDEO]

Mother Nature threw Australian residents a curve ball Monday when four waterspouts, well, sprouted off the New South Wales coast.

Cameras caught the stunning - and admittedly scary-looking - event, which occurred just north of Sydney. (A local news station claimed the spouts reached upwards of 600 meters, or nearly 2,000 feet.)

Gary Faulkner, Greeley’s famed Osama bin Laden hunter,is overjoyed about the death of the terrorist leader and said it means he won’t have to return to Pakistan.

Last June, Faulkner was arrested in Pakistan, on a quest to hunt down and kill or capture bin Laden. He was armed with a pistol, sword and night-vision equipment when arrested in the mountains near Islamabad.

Gary Weddle vowed a decade ago, to his middle school students, to refrain from shaving until Osama bin Laden was killed or captured. Last night, he wept openly because he was finally able to shave his ZZ Top-style beard.

Weddle originally figured he'd be keeping the new facial hair for no more than a month or two. Ten years later, his untrimmed beard still hung from his face like an albatross.
