With the weather heating up and the school year coming to an end, I've started seeing more and more sidewalk chalk artwork in my neighborhood. I actually love it. Sometimes, you can watch an entire story unfold within those colorful marks on the concrete. I've only been to Boulder a handful of times, but one of the highlights of my time there was trying a Mexican restaurant called Illegal Pete's. I love Mexican food, and I can be picky about it sometimes, but Illegal Pete's was fantastic. So of course, I'm super-excited by the news that Illegal Pete's wants to open a store in Fort Collins!
I've always said I'd live in Windsor if there was just a little bit more to do in town. Don't get me wrong, Windsor is a great place; but if I lived there I'm sure I would find myself venturing to Fort Collins and Loveland a little too often, just to catch a bite or bowl a few frames with friends.
