Train Horns Could Be Silenced in Fort Collins Soon

According to the Coloradoan, on Monday officials from the city made a presentation to the Federal Railroad Administration in hopes to petition a rule that requires crossing gates at intersections inside a quiet zone which would be designated for train horns.
