October 24, 2012 To me, going to a movie is about more than just the film I'm watching. It's about the atmosphere, the feeling I get sitting in the theater. I'm also picky about sound and picture quality. All the elements of a movie-going experience need to come together in a special way for me to really enjoy myself.

When brewers get together for the annual Colorado Brewers' Festival in each June there are normally over 70 different breweries represented from around the state. That number continues to grow each year too. To say beer drinkers are spoiled in Colorado and especially Northern Colorado is an understatement. What is you favorite local brewery?
Last week yet another Starbucks opened it's doors in Northern Colorado. This time in Loveland, making five of the popular chain stores in that city alone. Some talk poorly about the chain and prefer smaller coffee shops, but others can't function without making a stop at Starbucks each morning. One thing is for sure... People are buying a lot of $6 cups of coffee because these places continue to pop up like weeds. What's your favorite coffee shop?
