A Flash Flood warning is in effect for Northeast Fort Collins and Wellington until 6:00 p.m.

The National Weather Service sent text messages to my phone concerning flooding in the Fort Collins area and posted this on their website. 

Heavy rains are falling west of North Fort Collins and Loveland.

South Fort Collins, Drake, Loveland could be affected by the rains.

StormStation 7 confirms the reports, as you can see in the video.
