Beard and Mustache Competition Saturday in Fort Collins

You've seen them recently with more and more frequency.

Mustaches and beards. Wax. Handlebars. Facial hair so ginormous it would make Cousin-Itt and Captain Caveman proud.

They are everywhere. It looks like Ron Swanson's children are populating Colorado.

Just looking at Ron Swanson's face is an experience. The same goes for many of the people you'll see in the streets of Fort Collins.

When it comes to this Saturday's competition, well, art will be on display.

Human art.

I interviewed Greg, one of the founders of the Rocky Mountain Beard and Mustache Club about Saturday's competition. As you'll hear, the exhibition of some of the world's greatest facial hair creations will benefit Partners Mentoring Youth. That means all the proceeds from this event will stay right here to help at risk kids in Northern Colorado.
