In lieu of the big bacon blackout, I thought why not eat bacon now!

what you'll need:

1 pork loin (size is up to you and your crowd), 1 lb your favorite bacon

putting it all together:

cut the loin into chunks and wrap with a half a strip of bacon, toothpick or not-you can wing it or stick it! :) place on a cooking sheet and in the pre-heated 425 degree oven for about 20 minutes. The pork should temp at least 145 degrees and the bacon should be crispy. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving... enjoy plain or serve with a bbq sauce or spicy mustard.
