At around noon on Tuesday (October 20, 2015) there was a multi-car accident on I-25. From reports, a late 90’s Toyota 4Runner was making a U-turn through the median of I-25 and by doing so, caused three other vehicles to crash.

One of those was a truck that was towing a trailer; that truck ended up turned onto its roof with the trailer on top of it.  Thought there weren't any serious injuries, northbound I-25 was a mess for a couple of hours.

The State Patrol is looking for the 4Runner. Black. License plate containing 813 or 831. The 4Runner was last seen heading south on I-25 at around noon on Tuesday.

Colorado State Patrol is on a big #ZeroTolerence campaign currently. Improper U-turns would be one of those things that they are not tolerating. If you can help track down the driver of the SUV, please contact the State Patrol at (970) 224-3027.
