Christina Aguilera and Maroon 5 Shoot ‘Moves Like Jagger’ Video

Maroon 5 and Christina Aguilera got together last weekend to shoot the video for their team-up single, 'Moves Like Jagger' -- and now you can look at pictures from the shoot.

 

Director Jonas Akerlund, who handled the videos for 'Hold It Against Me' and 'Telephone,' helmed the clip, which features shots of Aguilera and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine dancing in front of flags -- both an American flag, with confetti shooting into the air, and a British flag, in an apparent nod to the heritage of the song's namesake, Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger.

Sherwood Schwartz, Creator of ‘The Brady Bunch’ and ‘Gilligan’s Island,’ Dead at 94

Sherwood Schwartz, the man who created or contributed to several iconic television shows, died Tuesday at 4AM of natural causes. He was 94.

Schwartz worked in radio for Bob Hope before transitioning to television, where he won a 1961 Emmy as part of the writing team for 'The Red Skelton Show.' He also worked on series such as 'My Favorite Martian' and 'Harper Valley PTA.'

Music Sales Are Up in 2011; Adele, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry Leading the Way

For the first time in seven years, music sales have posted an increase -- and the surprising charge is being led by Adele, Lady Gaga, and Katy Perry.

The pop trio boasts the top-selling albums of 2011, with Adele's '21' coming out on top with 2.52 million copies sold, Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way' in second with 1.54 million units, and Katy Perry boasting more than five million in digital singles sales.

Madonna Starts Work on New Album

Good news, Madonna fans: your long wait for a new album may soon be over.

According to Madonna's manager Guy O'Seary, the singer -- who hasn't released a set of new material since 2008's 'Hard Candy' -- entered the studio over the weekend to work on what will be her twelfth studio album. Tweeting on the Fourth of July, O'Seary wrote, "It’s official.. Madonna’s 1st day in the recording studio for the new album… Very exciting. Happy 4th of July…"
