I was born and raised in Greeley, Colorado. Growing up in such a beautiful area has given me an appreciation for what we have here, and I truly embrace the city and all of Northern Colorado. I graduated from the Ohio Center for Broadcasting with a degree in broadcasting in 2009, and it is a dream come true to be playing music and talking on the radio to all my friends and family in Northern Colorado. I LOVE music, all kinds of music! I also love talking, all kinds of talking! If you think there is a better job for me out there, you let me know! Other than music and talking, I’m a bowler, yes a bowler, I usually get funny looks when I say that. I used to do a lot more of it, but now it's more for fun rather than a job. I am also blessed to have a beautiful daughter, Shai, who was born in June 2008, and love showing her off! My son Quinntyn was born in December of 2010, and although I have learned raising little boys is almost like having another job, I wouldn't trade him for the world. My kids have become my life, and have given me a different outlook on life than I had just a few short years ago. I really believe in the religion of love. Love everyone, be nice to everyone, and smile, and this world will be a great place to live in. I’m addicted to ice cream and donuts, and I’m a firm believer that nothings more important than family, my Dad and Grandma will always be the biggest heroes in my book for the contributions and support they have given me throughout my life. Although life seems chaotic and sometimes even hard, at the end of the day I thank my lucky stars and God for everything I have, and wouldn’t have it any other way. “We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.” ~Frederick Keonig Find me on Facebook or Email me, Id love to hear from you!

Remembering Robin Williams as a Denver Broncos Cheerleader [VIDEO]
Almost 24 hours after we found out about the passing of an American legend, Robin Williams, the nation continues to grieve. I am no different than almost anyone you talk to in that I have fond memories of growing up watching Williams. I could make a list longer than anyone would want to read with all of those memories, but here is one of my favorites.

Picture this for a second... 400 or 500 people spread riding their bikes to New Belgium in Fort Collins, spreading out on blankets in the front lawn of the brewery, catching a flick and sipping a beer beneath the stars. It's New Belgium Bike-in Movie season, and it's just one of the reasons Fort Collins is cooler than your town!
Reasons to Watch the Denver Broncos Preseason Game
If you are true, bleed orange and blue, Denver Broncos fan I probably don't need to give you any motivation to watch the game tonight. However, it is preseason after all, and the score doesn't matter. So, instead of worrying about if the team wins or not, here are some things to watch for.
Map Shows Over 10 Percent of Colorado Residents Use Marijuana on a Regular Basis
Beings that Colorado is one of two states to have legalized marijuana for recreational use, you'd think that we would also be one of the states that uses the drug most often, right? Well, kind of. A new map shows us the percentage of each state's residents who regularly use marijuana.
There Seems to Be an Alligator on the Loose in Greeley
Once a week my hometown newspaper, the Greeley Tribune, puts together what they call their Crime Log. Basically they find the weirdest sh** that the cops encountered, and believe me there is a lot in the town over the previous week. This week, there seems to be a large lizard on the loose in a Greeley park.

Fort Collins is becoming known more for it's ability to brew a good craft beer than it's mountains. That being said, the two big dogs in the Fort Collins craft brewing scene are used to winning awards and making lists. They have done it again, but may not be ranked as high as they should be.
Former CSU Star Becomes First Woman Assistant Coach in NBA History
Remember back to the late-90's when Colorado State Women's Basketball meant something? Not that they haven't had some moderate success since then, but that is when one of the school's biggest stars in any sport was in Fort Collins making the Rams a national contender. Now that same CSU Ram is making basketball history on the biggest possible stage.
