I grew up right here in Northern Colorado! I enjoy anything outdoors, camping, biking, hiking, and traveling to warm places whenever I get the chance (Palm Trees are awesome!) I also like going to concerts, nights out on the town, and checking out the latest movies.  I have a very energetic and spoiled Beagle named Jasmine and she keeps me very busy too! I've been in radio for over 15 years now and I have worked at several radio stations in Northern Colorado and in Denver, but I’ve made my home here.  We work hard everyday to play a huge and positive role in this community by assisting local non-profit organizations and spreading the word about how you can help make a difference too!  Most importantly, we are local people that know and love this area and we care about our listeners because without you, we wouldn’t be here.

Today Is National Stay Out of the Sun Day, What Sunscreen Should I Use? [VIDEO]

Today is National Stay Out of the Sun Day so that had me looking for some sunscreen tips and it made me think of the "Everybody's Free (to Wear Sunscreen") song that was popular for the graduating classes back in 1999. Do you remember that song?
