Beano

I was born and bred here in Colorado. I grew up in Longmont, graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins back in 2003, (Go Rams!) and have been working in radio here ever since. I have a wonderful wife, two pembroke welsh corgis, and a daughter that came into this world in 2012. I love being a part of this Northern Colorado community and all that it has to offer. I have a penchant for hot wings, scooters, super heroes and all things ‘geeky.’ But I'll try just about anything to keep life exciting. (Except for seafood. Never liked it, never will.) Words to live by: "If you can laugh at yourself, you'll never cease to be amused.”

Don’t Forget To ‘Spring Forward’ This Weekend – Daylight Saving Time Starts March 10th, 2013

Daylight Saving Time starts this Sunday, March 10th, 2013. It could possibly be my least favorite weekend of the year. Why? Because we get to 'spring forward' and lose an hour of precious sleep on Saturday night.

It also means that, inevitably, I will forget to set one of my clocks ahead and end up being late for something important next week.

The Ultimate 80's Party is coming up on March 30th in Old Town Fort Collins and I have been mulling over ideas of what I should dress up as. I'm still trying to figure out what to do this year, but here are 10 costumes I hope to see some of YOU in at the party!

Guess what? If you live in Fort Collins, you'll could face water restrictions as early as April 1st, 2013. At least that's the news from the Coloradoan. Those water restrictions could be more severe than usual.
