AT&T and T-Mobile customers might be owed money. This is the result of the "Cramming" settlement recently, where unauthorized charges were on your bill.

As the Denver Channel reported, the charges varied from $1.99 to $9.99 per month including charges that you may not have caught including "premium texts", "service charges", "usage fees," and ringtone subscriptions.

To check if you are owed a refund:

AT&T Customers:

T-Mobile Customers:

  • Go to the website www.T-MobileRefund.com.
  • Request an account summary.
  • Identify the suspicious charges.
  • Submit the claim through email.

You will not be able to receive a refund without filling out the necessary forms, and time is running out. Claims for both carriers must be filed before the end of April.
