Arson Suspect Arrested in Loveland
Late yesterday morning, Loveland Fire Authority responded to a house fire on 19th St. SW. The female resident of the house, Codi Armstrong, was taken into custody after an investigation. Two dogs were found dead inside and a one-year-old child was also at the residence. The child was treated by ambulance personnel as a precaution. Armstrong is a 36-year-old Loveland resident and was taken to the Larimer County Jail on charges of Arson, Child Abuse and Cruelty to Animals. The Loveland Police Department also responded.
