For the second time in seven months, a hot air balloon made an emergency landing in Longmont.  This time, it was next to an apartment complex, where a guy living there says one minute he was enjoying a day off, just watching TV, and the next, he heard this giant rumbling...

...I saw the sun just black out of my windows.... I saw it come closer and further down, and I said "Okay... This isn't right, this is not normal."   What blows my mind is they cleared these trees, they did not get tangled... and none of them seemed to be real concerned, in fact one of 'em even waved; so I was like, okay everyone seems to be safe, ya know?!

He says within five minutes the balloon and crew were gone.
