We know it's only the beginning of the week and the weekend is still a few days away but if you're already making plans for Sunday, we have the perfect idea for you! How about taking in a Colorado Ice game as they take on the Sioux Falls Storm at the Budweiser Events Center. Kickoff is at 3pm on Sunday.

The Ice opened the season earlier this month with a victory over Wichita Falls 37-13 to make them 1-0 in the early part of the year. Quarterback Willie Copeland was 16 of 28 for 198 yards in the game and Colorado's own Kyle Kaiser led the team in receptions with five for 74 yards. The defense also owned Wichita Falls in the first game as they held the Nighthawks to only 180 yards in offense. The game was a warm up to what will be a very competitive game against Sioux Falls on Saturday.

The game against Wichita Falls was the first game I have ever seen of the Indoor Football League and I was impressed from start to finish of not only the competitive nature of the game but also the family friendly atmosphere that permeates inside the Budweiser Events Center the entire game. At the end of each game, you and your family can also run out onto the field and meet all the players/coaches and get your picture taken with each of them!

Want to see the game this Sunday? It's easy to get your tickets. Click here to purchase your tickets as they are affordable for the entire family to see the game. The Colorado Ice indoor football season goes until June so come out the Budweiser Events Center and cheer on your local team!
