Adele Plans on Going Country for Her Third Album
Adele is going country for her next album. The successful British singer was exposed to country and bluegrass growing up and now she wants to sing it. According to a CNN Blog, Adele has plans to go country for her third album.
To pull it off, the singer wants to “spend some time in Austin in Texas and Nashville, Tennessee, and learn about it,” she said.
Adele, 23, says that discovering American country musicians is “like [being] a four-year-old in a candy shop who’s discovering sweets again.”
The singer will have a huge audience for her country creation; her smash-hit sophomore album, “21,” has sold over 2.8 million copies, and is the top-selling album in the world so far this year.
