According to Playboy, What is the Signature Food of Colorado?

Based on the actual opinions of state residence, Playboy has published their list of signature food and drinks from each state. So, what do you think came in as Colorado's most signature food?

Some states signature food came back exactly what you would expect, like Kansas and BBQ, Texas and Tex-Mex, Pennsylvania and Cheese Steaks, New York and Beagles, and Maryland and Crab Cakes.

Some of the surprising ones, including Colorado were Utah and Fry Sauce, Arkansas and Meth Cookies and Montana and Colorado both identified with Rocky Mountain Oysters.
