We have all heard the talk that the housing market is in a slump, but when it breaks, boy, will Aaron Spelling's family hit the jackpot.

For the third consecutive year, the late TV magnate's Holmby Hills, California home, dubbed the Manor, tops the list of most expensive homes for sale in the US, as noted by Unique Homes magazine. The 'Beverly Hills, 90210' creator's pad comes with a very Beverly Hills price tag: $150 million.

And what exactly do you get for all that money should you decide to splurge and settle down in Spelling's old digs? Well, the estate is a palatial 53,000 square feet and features several kitchens, not to mention a gift wrapping room. Yup, you heard that right.

For the second year in a row, Suzanne Saperstein's Fleur de Lys took second, with a modest-by-comparison $125 million. Amazingly, that home is also in Holmby Hills, which makes us wonder just how much a rental would fetch in town.

The bottom of the top 10 is a townhouse on Madison Avenue in New York City, which features a teeny $72 million asking price. Or, what the jet-setting folks call "mere pennies."
