Baseball season is finally back after a long winter, and we are beyond excited to cheer on our Colorado Rockies again!

The Rockies began their season yesterday with a huge win against the Milwaukee Brewers at Milwaukee on Opening Day.

With hot bats from many of the players, including Arenado and Dickerson who each had four RBIs, the Rockies defeated the Brewers with an impressive score of 10-0. Kyle Kendrick debuted as a new pitcher for Colorado, proving to be a great addition to the team, pitching seven shut-out innings. The team also acquired a new pitching and bullpen coach.

The next game for the Rockies is tonight at Milwaukee again. You can watch live on Root Sports at 6:10 p.m. The Home Opener at Coors Field is Friday, April 10 at 2:10 p.m. against the Chicago Cubs.
