THIS WEEKS RECIPE

Buffalo Chicken Dip

12 oz chicken breasts, cooked, shredded (canned chicken works great)
6 oz. Buffalo Wing Hot Sauce (like Frank's)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. Ranch dressing (or Bleu Cheese, if you prefer)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9" X 13" baking pan with cooking spray. Combine ingredients, spread in dish, bake for 35 - 40 minutes, or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes, serve with chips.
