One of John Hughes’ classic teen romance movies, ‘Pretty in Pink’ came out in 1986, and to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its release, Fathom Events along with Paramount Pictures is showing it again on the big screen, and we have your shot at Free tickets!

Andie and Blane. Duckie and Andie. Duckie and Iona! That pink Karmann Ghia! This one is a gem. ‘Pretty in Pink’ gets 79% on Rotten Tomatoes- darn good, right?

She’s a high school girl from the wrong side of town. He’s the wealthy heart-throb who asks her to the prom. But as fast as their romance builds, it’s threatened by the painful reality of peer pressure. It’s hard to believe it was 30 years ago that the movie was in theaters- where does the time go?

In celebration of the 30th anniversary, the folks at Fathom Events along with Paramount Pictures are putting the movie back in theaters for a special viewing! These events are great because it’s not just the theater that YOU are in that’s seeing the movie, but in over 500 theaters across the nation at the same time!   Think about this: With that great soundtrack, featuring Orchestral Maneuvers in the Dark’s ‘If You Leave’, why not plan on dancing in the aisles?

This screening will also feature……. The alternate ending!!  I don’t even know what that is!  Maybe Duckie DOES gets the girl?

It’s showing on February 14th and February 17th at the Cinemark in the Greeley Mall and at the Cinemark on Timberline in Fort Collins.

Be listening to Paul in the Morning for your chance at getting into the February 17 (2 p.m.) show in Fort Collins, for Free!
