The new McDonald's on 10th Street in Greeley hasn't even been open for a whole month yet, and we already have a problem with old men punching other in the face at it.

Ok, so I don't really know how many incidents it takes to be called a problem, but there has been at least one case of elderly men fighting at the new restaurant at 2912 10th St. in Greeley.

76-year-old Joe Antuna showed up at an Urgent Care location in Greeley where he was treated for injuries to his mouth and a fractured foot after an argument led to a parking lot fight at the McDonald's. A witness told police Charles Lucio, 66, hit Antuna in the face and pushed the back of Antuna’s head into the ground, according to the arrest affidavit.

Lucio was booked into the Weld County Jail on suspicion of second-degree assault of an at-risk adult, a class-5 felony. He was released on bond the next day.
