The problem with buying a $65 million home is that when it comes time to sell it, there aren't many people that can really afford to make an offer on it.

Not only can you see all the local landmarks, like Aspen and Buttermilk mountains, the Maroon Bells and the town of Aspen below, but you can see them from every room in the house. Er, mansion.

That's only part of the appeal.

It's almost 17,000 square feet, and it took almost 5 years to build. There are 11 fireplaces, seven bedrooms, pilot's quarters with its own entrance.

My favorite part? The walls of the adult play room is littered with signed original album covers! Super cool!
