5 Workouts to Results
After my first week of Dare to Lose, I felt results.
Five days of just showing up and doing what I’m told, and I already feel better. It’s amazing, because that is a blip of time.
As you might be able to imagine, the results didn’t come without some toil. Here I am after my full week of workouts…and spent.
I know that it is because I am being instructed by people who know what they are doing.
I have worked out for less time intervals than is normal, thirty minute workouts, yet I feel better that when I used to with 45-90 minute workouts.
The amazing thing is how quickly recovery and improvement happen. There I was (in the above video) thinking that my body would never recover, and two days later, I was pumped to get back to it.
